How We Invoice

All projects begin with a detailed quote outlining the scope of work and total cost. Once approved, we invoice in stages tied to project milestones so you only pay as work is completed.

• Deposit - A deposit is required to secure your project slot and begin work. This is typically 30-50% of the total project cost depending on the scope.
• Milestone Payments - For larger projects, payments are split across key milestones (e.g., design approval, development complete, launch).
• Final Payment - The remaining balance is due before the final handover and go-live.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (BACS) - Direct bank transfer to our UK business account. Details provided on invoice.
• Card Payment - Pay securely via debit or credit card through our payment link.
• PayPal - Available on request for international clients.

Ongoing Services & Retainers

For ongoing support, SEO management, or retainer packages, we invoice monthly with payment due within 14 days. Standing orders or direct debits can be arranged for recurring services.
